Living out our life in Christ
As the eternal Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, God has always been a community of life, love, and joy (John 17:5, 24). Now, through our faith in Jesus Christ, we have been brought into fellowship with God and have become participants in His life (Matthew 28:19; 1 John 1:3; Ephesians 1:3; 2 Peter 1:4). As the Bible makes very clear, this new life finds expression through our fellowship with others in the local church (Romans 12:4-5; Ephesians 1:22-23; 4:11-16).
In order to help facilitate our involvement in the local church, we offer mid-week Meet-Up Groups. These groups provide an important and enjoyable opportunity for regular fellowship around God’s word. Through Bible study, lively discussion, and prayer we seek to encourage one another as we learn to follow Jesus together.
All are welcome
Although Meet-Up Groups have regular participants, they are open for visitors and guests to drop in and take part. A typical group will study and discuss the Bible, pray for one another, and often share a meal together. Meet-Up Groups run for three-month intervals throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.
